Hello There
My name is Jeremy Troupe-Masi and welcome to my pantry! I have been cooking for most of my life and I am excited to share my passion for food with you all. Since I was a young little dude I have always been fascinated by spices and their ability to make food taste so many different ways. Living vicariously through a combination of Anthony Bourdain and my spices I feel as if I have been able to taste and travel the world in my kitchen. My goal is to take you on this journey with me. Combining both a bit of tradition and my own instincts I have put together a range of spice blends that I think are both good representations of their typicite with a good dose of originality.
